Hi Firstly, I understand this is difficult to be in this state of mind which is quite uneasy. It could be due to different reasons. Could be due to the thoughts that you are talking to yourself, could be due to past events which disappointed you, could be perceptions for people around who don’t look promising We need to closely look at the self talk and find out statements that is maintaining the change you are talking about.
