Can I have counselling for anxiety, intrusive thoughts & overthinking from an expert Psychologist through WhatsApp chatting by paying requisite Consultation fee in Practo?

There is a constant pain on the back head pain I cant just concentrate on onething I. Am not even able to keep myself motivated and there is a constant pain on the back of my head

Few days back one of my senior left the job in out office, so i have to take his work also because no one can do or perform it. So i took the responsibility and performed in a good way, at the same time i feel confident but on the other side my boss is giving more and more work which i have perform, i can do that work also but i feel that in our office all the workloads are putted over me, i feel others having a low workload, why i am having such workloads. The employer is not increasing the salary because ofmy performance and i did not asked for a pay hike too. This kind of atmosphere in the office make me suffocated and i feel i have to leave the job, but to the current financial condition of mine, i am not able to leave the job. So i am very much frustrated with the work culture and the nature of the employer. Please suggest me a path for this issue.

I am an honest, dedicated and hardworker person. I am working in a firm for more than 5 years of my life.I handled each and every person including employer, collegues and even clients in a very nice way, provide them quick resolutions, quick response and attentive to them. But nowadays these peoples are not even valuing me, they are differently acting like they do not me,i feel like they are ignoring me, even after working good towards them, they are not properly attentive to me. I worked hard for the firm so much, that i dedicated lots of time and energy in doing the work and all works are done before the deadlines and many extra other beneficial work to the firm and the employer, but my employer never gave any appreciation for my work or neither hike in pay.Other in the firm gets appreciations even they get a little work. I am a shy person and i am not bold to say right things on the right time.I feel i want to quit this job and even after doing hardwork and dedications i get ignored

Hi, this is Rooh I am 16 years old I am in 10th standars and I have OCD and it was diagnosed this year in June. I have these repetitive thoughts about going psycho and killing people first I had anger issue I was getting angry without any reason and harming myself and my friends. And also recently I am having an urge to eat human flesh. Yesterday I had my Science pre board after it got finished I was talking to my friends and I got the urge to eat them then I went to a separate and empty and bit myself. It's just getting worse day by day and I think I will lose my control and give in.

I have severe anxiety, depression, pbd, pcod, disassociation, suicidal thoughts so a doc gave me serta 50mg and zenoxa 450mg but everywhere on internet says zenoxa is for epilepsy, and the doc said it's for stabilizing mood

This boy aged 8 years old is suffering from OCD.. Can it be cured with medicines over a period of time?? Or he has to take the medicine life long?? Thank you

I don't know what happens to me. I want to cry everyday like what should i do even if i am talking ,reading ,writing i feel like i am crying from the inside and tears come out from my eyes. Many suggest me to eat anti depressants but i am worries that i might get addicted to it .

Is psychological counseling not included in 3 months plan of practo ?. It is asking to pay Rs 1049 . When I have already taken 3 months plan.
