The anxiety lasts for a long time at a stretch, sometimes it is throughout the day. Even if the stressor is gone, it will remain. Depression and Panic attacks come at times. I am mainly concerned about my career which is at a standstill.
I tried Career counseling, but the counselor gave me general advice and could not help ne with my specific area which is DevOps (IT). I have been in a peer group for 6 months but the others are also clueless on how to proceed with their career in this field.

The situation is going to remain difficult in 2023-24 but its impact will get over in the due course of time. Also, there are always jobs and incomes that a person may create by utilizing their unique skill sets. For your Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression you need Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). You are already on Medications but if you are not satisfied with the outcome you may look for second opinion. I know some good Psychiatrists in Bangalore but not in Kochi.
