Consult a physician to rule out any physiological concerns. Kindly start taking therapy sessions with a Psychologist. Stiffness in back and neck could be a symptom of stress, anxiety or trauma.

Hi Consult a doctor and explain about stiffness in the back neck. A doctor will determine what is causing pain. If you are feeling stressed or anxious consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. It is known that too much stress can cause body pain and it happens because the muscles tighten. When a person feels calm the muscles relax. To feel better you will have to work on keeping your mind relaxed. To feel better consult a doctor first and after consulting a doctor consult a psychologist. A psychologist will help you with stress management techniques to feel calm.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor first and then consult a psychologist
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling session. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Hi.. You can try some neck and back exercises like head turn, head tilt, forward head tilt, wide shoulders stretch, etc. If the condition persists for more than 3 days it's always wise to visit a Physiotherapist. Typically, such issues are caused out of poor routine, lack of physical activity, change in whether, injury, etc. In some cases, it may be triggered by psychological factors like stress, anxiety, sleep problems, etc. In that case, you will need to consult a Psychologist.
Next Steps
Try basic neck and back exercises at home. Be mindful not to do any discomforting or difficult exercises without clinical supervision. Consult a Physiotherapist if the condition persists more than 3 days. Consult a Psychologist if the condition persists beyond physical treatment or if you are experiencing any psychological stressors.
