Our mind and body work in a synchrony. In many cases, chronic pain maybe caused dur to overwhelming emotions and trauma located in the body or on the other hand if there has been a physical injury, the pain can lead to severe emotional issues. It would be prudent for you to approach this issue in a holistic manner. Start with making little changes in your routine like short walks and basic stretches. Simultaneously seek help to overcome the psychological challenges.
Next Steps
Seek help from a Psychologist as well as someone practicing functional medicine. You can also Try acupuncture or homeopathy.
Health Tips
Chronic pain takes time and constant effort to heal but most importantly a will to make the effort.
