I suffer from pessimism
I generally suffer from overthinking .Feel immensely stressed specially in social situations..I start thinking strange things and my mind stops working in social situations..strange physiological reactions begin in social situations and my mouth becomes dry and I dont present myself well..either I am submissive or arrogant..I feel unable to talk in front of group of people and my mind goes blank. This is effecting my well being..n I withdraw from social situations and don't enjoy myself the way I should and unable to make full use of my potential.
