A lot of what you are explaining comes with the experiences of childhood. I have seen that in many cases, the lack of expressed appreciation, encouragement etc. from closely connected people in the family (followed by the same form the school environment) along the growth path lead to situations like this. I do not know if you had such experiences in your childhood. I would suggest you to consult a psychologist and get guided on overcoming your fears as mentioned. With some counselling sessions and your commitment towards the recovery process, I am quite sure of your coming out of the issues in a reasonable period of time.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.
