Hi You are worried that something will happen after workout. Exercise is good to keep the mind calm and get good sleep. It also helps boost energy and improves mood. If you are doing thirty minutes of exercise every day it is good. When you exercise do it with a calm state of mind and treat it as a fun activity. There is a term called exercise addiction and if you do physical activity continuously throughout the day to an extent that it interferes with your professional and personal life then you might be suffering from exercise addiction. A person who is addicted to exercise will do physical activity even when they are not well or suffer from injury. You don’t have to worry about whether something will happen after workout. You can exercise for thirty minutes but don’t overdo it. The duration of physical activity also depends on whether a person has any physical health issues. If you want to feel calm while working out consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. With a psychologist you can talk about your body type, exercise duration, eating habits, caffeine intake, sleep pattern, and relationship with family. If you have any physical health issues talk about it with a psychologist, Try to keep your mind calm and be gentle with yourself.
