Recently I've to shift myself to a new place due to higher studies but I'm missing my home and my room alot. Because here the room isn't as organized and good as my home. Also there's no proper space to keep the luggage so well. And its really so hard to tackle such situation for me. I'm not able to adjust..

My parents and other family members especially grandparents are against the person I love..its bcz the mother of the person I love isn't a good lady..and that she practises witchcraft along with keeping her son in control..so they tell me to not marry him..or else something will happen to my mother or me..and no one will be able to support later.. But no one is helping me out from this situation..I love that boy alot..and I don't wanna marry anyone except him..because we made oath in front of God in temple also and did marriage like rituals..so we both are connected at soul levels like soulmate..But now I don't understand what to do..to solve everything and keep him with me only forever..and what should we both do to stay away from toxic family members..and away from dominating parent like his..

My 7 year old son is Highly Sensitive ( to sound, touch, temperature, texture). So much like yesterday he got visible goosebumps when I was turning pages and my finger was dragging over the pages a bit.. He  behaves very weirdly when someone outside the family speaks to him. Just a Hello, and he will turn his face and will not reply. He does not like crowds, or gatherings. He doesn't like any stranger to talk to him, his body language changes, he becomes very anxious and defensive. Also, he can't wait even 4-5 minutes. He needs to move something somewhere, do something. especially in a scenario when I am working with someone who is a stranger to him ( like for eg, filling out an admission form in  Abacus institute office). It may be that the urge to move is from the anxiety or discomfort of being there. He was watching much of screens but he doesn't have access to direct screentime for the past 6-7 days. Now I see him reading on his own ,though unwillingly. How do I help him?

I am 29 year old i procastinat all things those are important i dont know why this happened to me for example if all work is about 5 hous it will take me to complete in 10-15 or even month is there any solution.

I get irritated very easily and for me it's lil tough to concentrate. When I feel irritated, I feel less empathetic towards others. How I can fix it ? Any yoga or breathing exercises for peace if mind and irritation .

My father age 45 couldn't sleep at night from many days he is sleeping hardly 3 4 hours what is the cause he is diabetic also iam very much concern

I have an obsessive mind from childhood and because of that I can't live my life. Even when i get happy then something depressing is going on in my brain. Even people say that they feel that i am depressed. I can't get over it. I can't live my life. All this has been happening for 4 years. I am scared of future outcomes. If i think of something then their future outcomes make me scared. I am 23 year old male.

It becomes dark before the eyes and it becomes difficult to breathe, this mostly happens during train journey at night when the trains are full and in AC buses too, the same problem happens to me too, why does this happen to me?
