Facing procastination issues
I am 29 year old i procastinat all things those are important i dont know why this happened to me for example if all work is about 5 hous it will take me to complete in 10-15 or even month is there any solution.

First of all try to understand what it is.. if it is Procrastination then i suggest to talk to the therapist to understand what is root cause of your Procrastination. Procrastination is a state of mind that develops right from childhood, in most cases. One big way to get over this mindset is to learn to prioritise. Organising work through a to-do list, even while attempting small tasks if they are on priority, can help. While planning, time management has to come as a priority. Since the issue revolves around a mindset, you may be able to tackle it yourself. After attempting each work / task, introspect and figure out what went right and what went wrong. If you do not succeed in doing it yourself, please consult a psychologist and go through a few sessions of therapy which could improve your skills of time management and organising work / life.
