You have to develop new attitude towards irritation, that irritation is part of life , I agree irritation has some disadvantages to you and you dislike it but because irritation has some disadvantages and you donot like this doesn't mean that you must not have  irritation. Where it is written you must not have irritation,it would better if you don't have irritation but there is no rule according to which you must not feel irritated .More you try to get rid of irritation, more you make yourself irritated . Accept irritation is part of life . It is difficult to tolerate irritation but not impossible to tolerate and it is worthy for you to tolerate it for your peace of mind .

Starting with deep breathing and mindfulness is a good way to deal with irritation and become more understanding. Going to a breathwork class can help you learn these techniques better. If these issues continue or you think there's more to work on, talking to a counselor is a great idea. They can give you personalized strategies and support to improve how you feel and think.

Hi dear concerned for managing stress and irritation you can begin your day with osho nadha bharm meditation. During day time also in every hour have 5min break of abdominal breathing to become more grounded and centred in your consciousness. Before sleep you can practice yoga nidra. Try to find out the emotional structure or root cause of your problem and address it with the help of mental health care professional.

Hello, You want to overcome your tendency to get irritated and maintain composure. You can certainly manage it as occasional irritation is part of life and normal. However, it will be good for you if you know what triggers you, any common pattern that sets you off. Also, sometimes physical health, or bottled up energy tends to manifest in such outbursts. You can use this energy constructively. Brisk walking, deep breathing on counts especially when triggered. You can maintain a journal to express your thoughts daily. That shall provide a platform to release feelings on paper. Meditation shall help you gain control and subsequently achieve the peace you desire. As you begin to get irritated, conciously practice breathing or just pause and move away from the situation. You can come back in a more composed state to manage it more effectively. You can connect for further professional guidance. Happy Healthy Living!

You may consult your family physician to rule out any physical health issues. Quite often problems like what you have mentioned could be because of a general fall in the physical health conditions which may lead to poor sleep patterns, lack of appetite etc. and consequent irritation. Issues like hypothyroidism could also contribute. Another physical health problem area could be gynaecology-related. Once you get yourself assessed and treated for these probable issues and your condition continues as earlier, you may consult a psychologist for any probable mental health disturbances. If you succeed in bringing about normalcy in you through yoga, meditation etc. that too will be fine.
