Hello, Sometimes, there is too much of a crowd, noise, commotion in full trains, buses can make one feel uneasy or claustrophobic. People standing quite close by could be making you feel like a black out. However you can gradually learn to manage by deep breathing techniques and distracting your mind by listening to music, speaking to a friend ,keeping yourself hydrated, carrying a hand electric fan and holding it to your face can be soothing in such situations. Initially try to manage, if you can adjust timings with trains, buses where, it is bearable for you. Keep your mind constructively I occupied and this concern may slowly be under your control. As crowded situations are beyond our control yet how and if we want to be a part of it is us to decide. All the best, you shall manage well. You can consult for further professional guidance. Experiencing darkness and difficulty breathing during train journeys or in crowded places could be due to various reasons. It might be related to feeling anxious or uncomfortable in these situations. It's a good idea to talk to a doctor about what you're experiencing. They can help figure out the cause and suggest ways to make you feel better.
