Hi I have adenomyosis and endometriosis and planning for surgery soon as suggested by doctor. I am 164 cm in height and 67 kgs weight. Since I have a little time for surgery I want to concentrate on my diet and fitness in general. Before diet consultation I want to know if I have to get any tests done so that it will be easier to prescribe diet. If yes, please let me know what all tests would be necessary? Thank you
