Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello doc i m trying from past 2 year with ovulation induction nd 1 iui failed. I have pmos as my doc says nd my husband have asthentetrozoospermia . We are clueless what should be our next step .should we leans toward oi or iui more . Not kneen for ivf right now

My period date is 30th September and i am mostly on time. I am going on a trip from 30th sept to 3rd oct, so i want to delay my periods. so please suggest a medicine and describe the way to take it.

Since 2020 when I got my first periods hamesha regular periods rhe hai. 1-2 days delay hota hmesha but normal rhe hai. Never experienced cramps. 1st day thoda bleeding hota ,2-3 day main bleeding hota , 3rd day night se night time meh bleeding nhi hota buss daytime meh hota 4th day onwards this kam hone lgta. Buss back aur thighs heavy lgte.  In July periods ke 1-3 din jelly like thing bleed hora tha thoda thoda then 2 din bleeding hoe but in August periods normal the aur iss mahine abhi tak nhi aae. 10th August around last periods aae the abhi tak september 20 hoge but periods nhi aae . I am virgin no sexual contact. But thoda porn dekhte hoe mastrubation kiya but inject kuch bhi cheez nhi kiya. Kabhi itna delay nhi hota iss bar kyu hora I am really worried. Weight gain thoda hua hai halka halka fever feel hora internally dizziness lgri thakan si lgri stress hora mood swings hore .

Hi doctors i had vaginal itching but no discharge so I went to Gynecologist she said fungal infection & took for swab test but report says " scanty growth of normal flora " but Gynecologist said no medicines required and asked to apply only candid gel my hba1c is 5.4 But my itching is still there Is there any oral medication ? I had spotting for the first few days around my date of period, then I started bleeding normally on the last Monday and since then I am bleeding it's been more than 7 days during this time I am loosing big clots of blood too, I didn't have periods like this, it's completely painless and I don't feel weak but it's just the bleeding isn't stopping. I had also started gym on Monday after a break and also started taking himalaya ashwagandha a few days prior to the spotting started. I'm very scared

I will be going on a trek and my periods date falls on the trek dates. I want to delay my periods for 2 days. Can i do that? And will there be any consequences?

My last period was in 15 August stayed for 1 day only now I m not having it I had non protection sex on 2-3 September test pregnancy kit it's negative no such symptoms of fatigue bloated or anything what to do

I am 32 years trying to conceive with PCOS history , on 8 sept had my periods. HSG was done on 15 sept results tubes are normal. and follicular monitoring was done on 14th day. It showed 23MM and Dr gave me HSC trigger on same day, which was on 21st September around 7.45 pm and she suggested me to do intercourse for 3 days. My question is when will egg repute and when will actually I have to intercouse has now after injection that day we had intercouse 2nd day we didn't pls let me know is could be fail for pregnancy
