Hi, Doctor has cancelled my embryo transfer after reviewing applebaum score calculated from sonography. It was performed on day 15th of cycle. Is there any way to improve it in future ? I am already taking ecosprin 150mg from last 15 day.

Hi doctor My sister in law delivered twin baby on 10/06/2024 through c section. After a week pale yellow like substance is leaking from her stiches. She have been told its common for some people and fat layer is getting dissolved, so she walked daily to the hospital for dressing  But the leak exists still.Now the doctor has again stitch the wound and insert a tube to remove the liquid allow to heal naturally but still this leak is soaking her  dress and feeling awkward. Pls guide a solution or pls suggest if waiting will really work..

Hi. I'm currently at 33 weeks 2 days. Doppler study was done at 30 weeks. My placenta is posterior and low, appears to be dipping into the lower segment. Maturity Grade 3. Amniotic fluid: Four quadrant AFI: 13.7. Maximum vertical liquor pocket is 5.6 cms Fetal weight: 1658 to 1678 grams Cephalic presentation. No diabetes, hypertension. Biophysical score 8/8. Umbilical artery doppler: Pl 0.99/ Rl 0.64 (positive end diastolic flow) MCA Doppler Pl 1.40/ PSV 64.7 cm/s. I'm worried about the placental maturity. Should I be concerned about it? What can I do to reduce the calcification? Is normal delivery possible? If no, will there be any complications during cesarean? My doctor has still not discussed about mode of delivery. Could you please explain what this means and what to expect. Please advise on what to do next.
