Hello doc.i have observed a small lump on my clitoral good .i am worried about it.i observed it at the start of this year. Is it a normal lump?

My mother had post menopausal spotting after 7 yrs of menopause for which d and c was done one week back. But she is having spotting even after one week of D and C. Endometrium and polyp biopsy report awaited. Pap smear normal. Endometrial thickness was 10 mm. Pls reply why this spotting is still occuring . Doc had said there will be no bleeding post d and c as polyp is removed.
