Hey dr I was on antibiotics And now I'm feeling severe itching around my anal and vaginal area and there is no discharge, redness is also there . What should I do .

My private part has been itching for about 4 days. It got worse since yesterday. I usually have a lot of discharge anyway, but it has increased since today. It is very watery. It doesn't have a strong bad smell.

I am 49 years old and currently going through perimenopause. My periods were regular until March 2026. After that, I did not have a proper period, but I had light spotting for two days in June. Now, in September, I have experienced spotting again for the past three days. I am attaching my ultrasound report for your review. Could you please guide me on whether this bleeding pattern is normal during perimenopause and whether the ultrasound findings require any further evaluation or treatment?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and My doctor has advised me to take 500 mg of calcium tablet twice a day, one iron folic tablet and two spoon of pro pl protein powder everyday with milk. Is it ok to take 2 calcium tablet a day and a pro pl protein powder too? It doesn't over dose calcium?
