I am taking medroxyprogesterone 10 mg twice daily for secondary amenorrhea and my last dose is on 19 September. I have a hiking trip on 25 September and would like to avoid bleeding during the trip. Can I take norethisterone after completing MPA, and if so, exactly when should I start and stop it?

I am having endometriosis problem. Having 9cm cyst in my uterus. So it will be removed by surgery only or medicines will help. Also will this be the problem for lifetime. And does this confirm that this will be issue in planning preganancy

This is my blood and urine report.. I am 34 weeks pregnant and my doctor already gave me nitrobact 100 for uti but she doesn't mention about the platelets and all. Is there anything to be done for platelets and all? What should I eat? Should I do cbc again?

Hi, I have been unable to pass any stool since past 3 days and it feels like a hard mass is stuck near ants which is unable to expel out. Tried everything from walking, increased water intake, isabgol, fiber etc etc. But since in first trimester, unable to take enema. Nothing is working and I feel rectum needs to be loosened up. Please suggest.

I am not getting what exact the problem is. My period date is not near anyhow. But whenever i go to urine there is a period type flow. And now it is getting heavier only when i go to urine. Sometime it comes unexpectedly. I dont use pads because there is no regular flow, but sometimes it flows. During urine it always comes as a period flow.

My sister had undergone fibroid surgery in 2025 jan and again in 2026 feb the fibroids have regrown. There are 2 fibroids of 10 and 6 mm which are subserosal and intramural. She doesn't want to do the surgery again, what can be done now?

Doctor ne mujhe sustain sr300 mg progestron ki 2 doses daily prescribe ki hai, kahi ye pain iss medecine se to nahi hora hoga.

I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and my blood report showed HB 12.0 , TLC 10300 , neutrophil 82% , Eosinophil 03% , Basophil 00%, Lymphocyles 03% , Monocytes 12% and platells 80,000 And my urine analysis says appearance clear, reaction acidic with protein (+), sugar ND and deposit of 4-6 pus cells So my doctor recommended me with nitrobact 100 2 times a day for 7 days after food and cital uti syrup 10 ml 2 times a day without doing urine culture. So, is it safe?

Having Nitrobact 100 2 times a day for 7 days without doing urine culture will not harm the baby even if it's prescribed when it's not needed. Please help

I have no symptoms of UTI only frequent urination and I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have attached my blood and urine report here. Can you please tell after seeing this report whether I have UTI or not? Do I need to start antibiotics? Please help... Thank you!
