7 weeks pregnancy mein hip se legs tak halka pain common ho sakta hai; progesterone se muscle relaxation ya leg heaviness bhi ho sakti hai, lekin ise sirf medicine maan kar ignore na karein. Rest, hydration, gentle walking aur leg par mild warm compress le sakti hain; self-medication na karein. Bleeding, severe one-sided pain, abdominal cramps, fever, urine burning, ek leg ki swelling/redness ya breathlessness ho to urgent evaluation chahiye. Apne obstetrician ko aaj update karein—reports ke saath Practo consult bhi book kar sakti hain.
Next Steps
Apne obstetrician se aaj baat karke pain ka assessment karaiye; progesterone ki dose khud se band ya change na karein.

Pain around your hip and legs in early pregnancy is common. It usually comes from ligaments stretching, not from your progesterone support.
Next Steps
If the pain gets stronger or you notice bleeding or spotting, contact your obstetrician right away.
Health Tips
Please continue your progesterone doses as prescribed and don't stop or change them yourself.
