Small recurrent fibroids do not automatically mean another surgery. Management depends on exact size (mm versus cm), location, symptoms, bleeding, anaemia and future pregnancy plans. Repeat a pelvic ultrasound with a gynaecologist and compare it with the previous scans; observation is reasonable if she has no significant symptoms. Surgery is considered only if symptoms, rapid growth or fertility issues warrant it. You may book a Practo consultation for a tailored plan.
Next Steps
Arrange a gynaecology review with both ultrasound reports; seek care sooner for heavy bleeding, severe pain, or dizziness.

At 10mm and 6mm, your fibroids are small enough that surgery isn't the only path forward. Several non-surgical options exist depending on your symptoms.
Next Steps
Book a gynaecology consult to review which option fits your case, since choice depends on symptoms, fibroid position, and your fertility plans.
Health Tips
Regrowth after surgery is common with fibroids. Ask specifically about options aimed at reducing recurrence, not just symptom relief.
