Hi this is Deepika my last menstrual period date is oct 29 , 2023. Cycle is 60 days. Yesterday ultrasound done. 33 weeks +/- 3 weeks, placenta posterior grade 3, baby weight 1.9 kg, heart beat 158, ECG is normal, hb 10.8, random blood sugar 94 . Doctor suggested to eat more protein food as baby weight is less. That's it. But I came to know that grade 3 placenta posterior should be after 36 weeks. Otherwise complications will be there. Is it right??. Can you diagnose once.

I did pap smear. And my report reads as - Smears show mixed population of Keratinised superficial cells and intermediate cells. Background show Haemophilus vaginalis. Many of the cells show Perinuclear halo. No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy is seen. Impression: Inflammatory changes with Koilocytosis. What has happened to me and how should I treat it?

Hi I had periods for 10 days, after pelvic scanning everything seemed normal..No cyst just bulky uterus ...My doc prescribed duphaston for 5 days 2 tablets each day,it's been 8 days stopping the tablet I still have no sign of any withdrawal bleeding, Upt negative. should I wait or consult my doc again

Had D&C on 6th feb 24. Impression: Missed abortion no heart beat. Test report on 2nd April  Prolactin was 44.2 Thyroid 21.2 Only took Thyroid medicine nothing else Now on 27th june Thyroid level is 1.01 Do i need to test prolactin again before conceiving..what tests are to be done to possibly avoid such situation again.🙏🏻
