Don't worry.believe in your immunity Those bacteria in that sip of  sour milk will be killed by gastric acid produced for defence. So not all acid in body are bad

A single sip of slightly sour milk is very unlikely to cause any harm to your pregnancy. Real bacterial risk usually needs a much larger, repeated exposure, not one small taste.
Next Steps
Watch for fever, vomiting, or diarrhoea over the next couple of days, and call your doctor if any of these show up.
Health Tips
Given your history, it's completely understandable to feel scared, but this alone isn't a reason to worry about this pregnancy.
