There is nothing called a three weeks pregnancy The day you skip your period you r four weeks and one day pregnant Ultrasound that too a trans vaginal s can will pick up a pregnancy only after beta HCG is more than 1000 Also abortion is a legal process you cannot be helped online you will have to meet a doctor in your city and proceed under her supervision
