Seeing HCG am in 6 weeks,
Is the baby too small in size??? Today only I took scan... Am 6 weeks pregnant according to HCG.. according to lmp am 9 weeks 5 days... But exactly how many weeks... ? Please tell me... I have actually irregular periods...

Your scan shows a very early twin pregnancy, two gestational sacs with yolk sacs each around 1cm, but no fetal pole visible yet. The report notes the size is smaller than your LMP-based 9 weeks 5 days would suggest. This is common in very early twin scans and doesn't necessarily mean a problem with growth.
Next Steps
Your sonologist has already recommended a repeat scan after 10 days to check for the fetal pole and heartbeat, which will confirm dating more accurately. Since you're on several psychiatric medications, please see your psychiatrist and obstetrician together now that you're pregnant. Your treatment plan may need review, so don't skip this step.
