Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am Pregnant by 6 weeks and the heart beat rate of my baby came to be 121 beats/ min. My gynae suggested me to take Lupi HCG IU 5000 injections. I want to know if this is ok as I read that this injections should not be taken while pregnant. She also gave me duphaston tablet to eat. Please tell if everything is fine with my pregnancy. Please somebody help me to erase my confusion.
