Hi there, since she has taken an emergency pill within 3 hours pregnancy shouldn't have happened. It is very rare to get pregnant in this case. I would suggest a lab urine pregnancy test insted of market kits. Still if it is positive then there are medications available to terminate the pregnancy. But before starting them i would have to know for sure that she is pregnant and is she on any other medications. Does she have any kind of allergies to any medicine. Any history of asthma? For now give her the following medicines to relieve pain and vometing 1. Tab Meftal spas 1tab 2 times a day 2. Tab Pantop-D 1 tab once a day
Next Steps
Lab Urine pregnancy test
Health Tips
drink plenty of water

She has to go to a gynaecologist get a scan done. Get blood investigations done and then take abortion pills....If she has already taken on her own ...It's a gross mistake. Now immediately go to a gynaecologist and take advice.
