I am taking all my 20  contraceptive pill on time ...we make relation in 20th day noon and take my pill on time ...By mistake my 21st day pill kharab ho gayee ...is there any issue ...I get my periods?

I am 36 year old non pregnant women, not trying to conceive, my prolactin level is 60,which is higher than the normal.for the last 2months I am having spotting even after completing period.it is usually starting during the time of ovulation till the time of my next period.should I need to worry?what is the cause of it as my USG shows my right overy is bulky

My last periods was on 17th August ended on 21st August but from 24th August I saw spotting again and today on 5th September I again got my periods. Why is it so???

Hi, I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. Currently experiencing allergy symptoms like itchy nose, sneezing and runny nose or congestion. My doc says strong nasal spray cannot be given.she has prescribed saline nasal spray which doesnt work on me. I m used to anti hestamines. Plz suggest what should i do?

I have not had my period for 90+ days. i have a history of irregular/late periods, but the flow is usually normal. i consulted a gynecologist and testing included TSH, prolactin, beta-hCG and AMH and reports were normal. i was prescribed Meprate for 5 days and completed the course as advised. it has now been 7–8 days since my last tablet, but i still have no bleeding. i am also taking vitamin D and B12. i would like to know if i should wait longer or consult my gynecologist again, and what the usual next step would be if there is still no bleeding.

I had taken ipill on 17th august after which i had withdrawal bleeding from 25th. I had unprotected sex several times on 5th august which was yesterday. Shall i take another ipill? Will it cause problems? On may and june also i had to take one pill each month. Please help

She is having high grade fever from 28-08-2026. On doctor's advice, she is taking dolo 650 mg every 6 hours and Zifi 200 mg two times a day. Even on 04-09-2026, the fever has not gone completely. She is 7 month pregnant. Blood test have been done. Negative for dengue, malaria, chikanguniya and typhoid. Advise me the further course of action.

After 8 months of natural periods,3 weeks of finishing meprate,i finally got my period. Yet the bleeding is so light-just soaking 3 pads a day.Earlier i had heavier bleeding. Has pcod increased? Prolactin,tsh,t3,t4 everything is normal.Haemoglobin is also normal. Im also extremely overweight at 20-100 kgs. I suffer from pcod also. I also have mental health issues.

My wife is undergoing fertility treatment with follicular scans and received an HCG trigger injection after ovulation. Before this, an SSG showed both tubes were open. Since around August 20, she has had persistent right-sided pelvic pain radiating to her hip, thigh, buttock and lower back. A UPT on August 27 was negative, but beta-hCG was 109 mIU/mL, with no pregnancy seen on ultrasound. It rose to 130 after 48 hours, then fell to 112 the next day when her pain worsened. TVS showed no intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy, but a 15 mm right corpus luteum cyst with some blood. The next beta-hCG rose to 233 mIU/mL. We are worried about a possible ectopic pregnancy because her beta-hCG is rising again, nothing is visible on TVS, and she continues to have daily moderate right-sided pain. We understand that open tubes do not rule out ectopic pregnancy. We will repeat beta-hCG tomorrow. Could this be an early intrauterine pregnancy, chemical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, or a corpus luteum
