Pregnancy and Infertility

I am a breast feeding mom of 6.5 months old baby. I had an abscess on my left side which I observed yesterday and this morning I have consulted a doc and was asked to get my USG of both breasts done which is tomorrow . I just used warm compression on the abscess area as advised .And was asked to continue breastfeeding. But the abscess popped out around 9pm  .all the infected puss n blood has come out leaving a hole. Washed it with warm water and cleaned the area as well. Can I still pump out milk and feed my daughter??

I am not getting my periods since last 5month. Instead of that I got spotting sometimes heavy flow like periods not regular periods. I have use rajapravabati but found no results. I feel cramps like periods and others symptoms like periods but don't get my periods. And also previously I got periods twice a month .what are reason behind it? Is it alarming a very severe health issue or its normal. What I have to do to get my periods back

I have a pain in my right breast but there is no swelling or any unusual thing , also i have pain in my right join to thigh, i m having this pain from 7 days of my cyle and today is my thirteenth day still i m having pain . my periods date ia on time and it remain for 2to 3 days , my weught is 47 kg , why i m facing this?

I had my last period on 10 May .It was regular because I was taking ocp but it's 2months I stopped it and last month I didn't have my periods.My gynae gave me Isofit 10mg daily 2 for 10 days and said to wait for another 10 days ..but still now I have not got my periods and have pain near the butt hole and sometime a light spotting .My question is how long does Isofit takes to work ?what if my periods don't come within the time span told?
