I hav chocolate cyst in both ovaries 3.2 cm 5.1 cm. Fallopian tubes open but small uterine cavity show irregular contour predominantly fundal region. AMH 3.42 prolactin 23.4 TSH 4.2 . Kya laproscopy hi last option hai medicine work nhi karega. Pls check report

Hai all. I got my periods today (July 3rd 2024). I will be starting Femilion again. The problem is I will be traveling from August 6th to August 10th 2024. Assumingly, I take it from tomorrow onwards. I will finish the dosage on 24.07.2024. It usually takes 8-9 days for me to get withdrawal bleeding. Since I have to travel, will it be ideal to continue Femilion till 10th August 2024? Please advise.

Hi, I am 4 months postpartum but my milk supply seems to decrease. I tried perinorm 10mg for 5 days and taking Lactare 4 tablets morning & night everyday. I stopped perinorm 10mg but my milk supply seems to go down. Please, can you let me know if I can use Domperidone without any side effects to increase breast milk. I am currently breast feeding but milk supply has gone down. Also if there are any natural remedies to enhance breast milk. I take fenugreek tea everyday but it's not helping much. Thanks in advance!!
