Pregnancy and Infertility

My mother had post menopausal spotting after 7 yrs of menopause for which d and c was done one week back. But she is having spotting even after one week of D and C. Endometrium and polyp biopsy report awaited. Pap smear normal. Endometrial thickness was 10 mm. Pls reply why this spotting is still occuring . Doc had said there will be no bleeding post d and c as polyp is removed.

I got my daughter urine test and it shows PUS cells 2-4/HPF Epithelial cells 4-6/HPF Is this okay or need to get treatment done

Hi Doctor, I have delivered on august 1st 2023 via c section. I got my periods in October 2023 and continuing everymonth without delays. My last period is on june 20th 2024 and again i got period bleeding on july 4th 2024 with in 10days which is very light bleeding like a drops not heavy, i am breastfeeding my 11 months baby. I am worried that i got period with in 10 days. Please advise me on this Thanks

My daughter is 14 years old and she has not got periods from 2 months but sometimes only in the morning she got small drop bleeding in urine not every day. Please reply is it normal and how to stop.

I have been advised to take hormonal treatment for 3 months. I am taking this every year for three months  from 5 years . Can taking it more cause infertility for me in Future. I am unmarried and diagnosed with hormonal issues from last 6 years. Can this cause infertility for me in future and any other severe problems. Hi Doctors, I delivered my baby through c-section 30 days back but I feel some strech in the lower abdomen specially when I'm sitting or standing or stand up from lying down position. Is this normal? How much time will it take to heal completely? Can I recover quicker?

I took siphene50 on day 2 to day 5 and after that on the 7th day and 10 day I had a tvs scan. I attached the report from the doctor. Please check and advise if any concern is there? Doctor has given medicine progynova 2mg to see if endometrial thickness is increasing or not. Please advise on this as I am unable to understand the complete process.

Is pelvic exam important before a csection delivery? I have opted for csection because I'm scared of normal delivery. Will cervix check be done before csection
