This is too late to prepare for labour and vaginal delivery Walking after 12 weeks ensures a strong pelvic musculature and that helps normal delivery What you can do best is work 45 minutes at least 5 days in a week with whatever time you have left till you are in labour

At 35 weeks, it's a good time to learn about labour signs and breathing so you feel ready. During contractions, try to stay upright and breathe slowly through each wave.
Next Steps
Ask your obstetrician about attending a birth preparation class before your due date.
Health Tips
Come in right away if your water breaks, bleeding starts, or you feel reduced baby movements.
