Spotting between periods together with a raised prolactin and a bulky ovary on ultrasound suggests a hormonal pattern worth investigating properly, rather than a few separate issues.
Next Steps
A gynaecologist can order a repeat prolactin, thyroid panel, and pelvic ultrasound review to piece this together.
Health Tips
Don't ignore recurring spotting even if it feels minor, it can point to an underlying hormonal imbalance.
