Pain around your vaginal opening along with itching, burning, and pain spreading to your pelvis and rectum can come from a few different causes, including infection or skin irritation.
Next Steps
A gynaecologist can examine you and may suggest a vaginal swab or pelvic exam to find the exact cause.
Health Tips
Avoid scented soaps, douches, or tight synthetic underwear until you've been examined, since these can worsen irritation.
