My female friend missed her periods which were supposed to start on 18 sept... We were in physical contact on 10 and 15 sept...  What could be the reason for this delay?

Hello Doctor, I am 31 years old female. My last period was on 10th August, and today is 25th September, so my periods are delayed by more than one month. I have checked pregnancy test at home and it is negative. I have a history of irregular periods earlier also. At present I have no fever, no severe abdominal pain, no white discharge and no other major symptoms. I am worried about the delay. Please advise what could be the reason and what tests or treatment I should take. Thank you.

I have been experiencing severe itching and dryness and occasional pain for the past 2-3 days I have been applying lulitec, It got better in the morning but now it's back and it's worse Please suggest something for instant relief that's available at home, please avoid new medication as of now because it's 2 am but please help

Hello ma'am/sir, I had unprotected sex on Day 3 of my periods, took ipil within 10 hours of the act. Since I took the ipill my bleeding stopped the following day. After 3-4 days, I saw withdrawal bleeding with lasted for around 4-5 days. I got UTI later for which i consulted a gynac and it cured within 5 days. On Day 16 and Day 19 of my cycle, I had protected sex with no ejaculation inside. I usually have regular cycle of 28-30 days. Today is Day 30 and yet i have not got my periods. I am confused and worried. Does this lead to pregnancy? When can I expect my periods? Please advice me

I am suffering from heavy periods problem for past 8 months DNc done mirenna coil done .Now iam getting severe hip and back pain. Bleeding slightly .taking thyronorm 37.5 mcg. Vitamin supplements can u give any tablet for my hip and back pain sometimes nerves streching from thigh to toes paining severe

Last month 12 DNC and mirenna coil procedure over now I am getting hip and back pain severe it is due to weight i don't know after this procedure only I am getting hip pain not able to stand for 15vmin continuously. My weight is 64 and ht 157 cm . Bleeding slightly so i took scan the coil fits properly in uterus. Any disadvantages of mirenna coil can u tell it is ortho problem or weight management I don't know pls help me out

Periods Started again within a week of my last period which never happened with me. My periods last usually 3-4 days and I am not taking any medication or any sort of things.

I’m 39 and have been struggling with sleep for the past 2–3 months. I work throughout the day but don’t usually feel sleepy at night. I end up doomscrolling until around 1 AM and then have to force myself to sleep. I aim to wake at 6 AM but usually wake around 7:30–8 AM, making me late for work. My sleep also doesn’t feel deep or restorative. My periods are regular, with no hot flashes, night sweats, palpitations or significant anxiety. I do have occasional headaches and mostly watery vaginal discharge. I have hypothyroidism and take levothyroxine 100 mcg daily. Could my sleep problem be related to my thyroid levels, perimenopause/hormonal changes, or is it more likely due to my sleep habits and screen use? Should I get my thyroid/hormone levels checked, or consult a gynecologist, physician or sleep specialist?

After few days of sex I observed cottage cheese like discharge not much but yes it's there how can I treat it suggest some medicine name I am 19 years old only problem is discharge
