At age  49 hip and back pain is mostly because of calcium vitamin D and vitamin b12 deficiency Take calcium supplements regularly and get your vitamin D and b12 levels check If vitamin D and b12 levels are normal and you are taking calcium supplements it regularly then you require an orthopaedic opinion

Hip and back pain after your coil procedure is usually not caused by the coil itself, especially since your scan already shows it is well placed inside the uterus.
Next Steps
Please see an orthopaedician to check if this is a musculoskeletal issue related to weight or posture, and update your gynaecologist with your scan findings at your next visit.
Health Tips
If the pain worsens, spreads, or comes with fever or unusual bleeding, please get it reviewed in person soon.
