Pregnancy and Infertility

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020. My only symptom was the absence of periods for one month . I took medicine prescribed by the gyn for 21 days, my periods came. After that , I made lifestyle changes, my periods haven't been missed since then. My ultrasound report(shared below) is showing PCOS . I don't have acne issues, my weight hasn't increased, I have a little bit of hair fall due to dandruff, and my periods come on time, no heavy bleeding but the first day is always a little painful. I have not done any exercise or yoga since last year. Please check my report and tell should I visit a gynaecologist or if doing exercise will help me with it.? PS- An Ultrasound was done yesterday to check the kidney stones.

What is the best way to remove periods permanent. When we don't need it and every month it's a nightmare for me. I don't have any kind of prblm with my uterus but delay periods and excess pain are the reason.

Uterus anteverted bulky heterogram echo post wall 6.3 cm adernamyema ET 6.3mm. chocolate cyst in both ovaries 5.1 or 2.3 cm 2Afc +2Afc . Fallopian tubes open but small uterine cavity show irregular contour predominantly in fundal region. Can I conceive after surgery laproscopy or hestroscopy. Report attached
