Pregnancy and Infertility

I am 20 years old. My normal period started on 16 August. Then, only 10 days later, on 26 August, I started bleeding again. The bleeding was quite heavy for nearly the entire 7 days, and I am unsure whether it was a second period or abnormal bleeding. I have had no sexual intercourse since/before this, so pregnancy is not a possibility. I am not on birth control. It is now 27 September and I have not had another period. I have recently made some changes to my diet and exercise routine and my weight is around 61–62 kg. I take one calcium + vitamin tablet and a separate magnesium tablet. Could this be due to hormonal changes, and do I need any tests?

50-year-old woman, no periods for around 1.5 years, suddenly developed period-like moderate/heavy vaginal bleeding for the past 2 days. No severe pain, dizziness, fainting, or extreme weakness. She has hypertension but no diabetes and is not on HRT or other regular medications. Has anyone experienced something similar? What could be the possible causes, and what would you suggest doing next?

Hello! My doctor prescribed Faa20 tablet which is Iron,Zinc& B12tablet when I was pregnant which happened to be a miscarriage later on. Now while trying for pregnancy can I use the same tablet to improve those contents in my body? Do I have to take it alone and leave folic acid for sometime? Can I use this daily one tablet for a month and switch to folic acid after 1 month? When is the right time to take this tablet?
