I have had severe genital itching for 5 days. I have a lot of watery white discharge and burning. Can you please suggest an ointment or cream for application to reduce itching? I had already paid Rs 552.5 via GPay for consultation on Practo, but in the app it is still showing as not able to consult / payment failed. So I am asking here.

I took two i pills in one month in July and in July my periods came but in August it did not and i also tested twice which was negative but still my periods are not coming

Additional Symptoms: 2 days ago, she had an episode of sudden dizziness and tingling/numbness in her hands and feet. Current Status: A sonography doctor suggested waiting for 20 days for a clear ultrasound, but given her intense pain, we are concerned. Since early pregnancy with severe abdominal pain and dizziness requires careful evaluation, please advise us on: Should we get an early TVS (Transvaginal Ultrasound) or immediate clinical examination to rule out any complications like ectopic pregnancy? Is any urgent medication required right now for her pain relief, or should we bring her to the emergency room/clinic immediately?

ETD is mid nov ..32 week pregnant..HB is 9.7...one gyno doctor has advised three nemocid tablet 250 mg each one time for suspected deworming...another gynodoctor and my family doctor also has warned against it that deworming in 3rd trimester may have some risk ..what to do ???her ferritin is 93 ...platelet is 1.20 ..no sugar pp and fasting ok...HPLC is wnl ...what to do ???

Am having Fluoxitine 20 mg morning Sodium valporate 500 mg night Vitamin b complex morning Clozapine 100 mg night Aripiprazole 10 mg night Trihexiphenidyl 2 mg morning Clonazepam 1 mg night These tablets daily... I wanna abort my baby as am taking sodium valporate n all which ll affect my baby's development and all... But for medical abortion, it shows negative results in Google... My question is can't I abort my baby by medical abortion??? I mean by putting 'unwanted kit' tablet?? Please reply doctors.. am waiting for your response.. my baby's growth is 5 weeks...

Last LMP Aug 28th, As I had irregular spotting from Aug 28th to Sept 10th. Visited doctor on Sept 9th and she gave Crina NCR 10 mg tablet (20 tablets ) and after taking tablet bleeding stopped on Sept10th .Had intercourse on September 13th with copper T and Sept 16th did pelvis scan and got to know copper t position had come down and doctor removed it as it was not in proper position. My concern is that is there any chance of pregnancy from Sept 13 th intercourse and from Sept 16th scanning report was showing largest follicle size 14*13 mm.

I missed my period this month and took a test, which came back positive. I do not wish to continue with the pregnancy what medicine should I take? I am 22 years old, have no medical history, and do not have any children. this is my first pregnency

Hello I ovulated on 4 sep 25 sep o got period and it showed simple right ivary cyst seen 4.5 cm x 2.8 cm anechoic cyst Attched report for reference Doubts that i have now are 1. Earlier doc would give me duphaston tablet to get period.. now doc gave crina ncr 10 mg medicine to use from d5 of period. (21 days teice a day) ....why tablet has been changed?? 2. Does crina ncr 10 mg reduce the cyst size or not?? 3. Using crina ncr, can i ovulate this cycle or not 4. How dangerous is this cyst??? 5. While doing test, doc and i face each other, so right ovary cyst means my right hand or doctors right hand?? 6. How much time will it take for this cyst to disappear or shrink 7. At what size of this cyst, doctor will resume follicular study and ovulation induction medicines? 8. Can sexual intercourse be dine while using crina ncr for 21 days? 9. What kind of simple cyst is this? Follicular or corpus letum cyst? Please anwer all the questions that i asked number wise......
