Hello Sir/Ma'am, We have been married for the last 9 yrs, when  we planned a baby after 2 yrs of marriage, we find difficult in it, later we visit gynaecologist and they suggest some test, including PCOD pannel, semen analysis, thyroid, AMH, Tube tests and many more, and the result was absolutely normal except veginal examination which was showing multiple cysts. Then Dr. Advised us that , my wife is having PCOD and she was under strict diet, exercise and medication for that. But nothing works we had 4 IUIs back in 2019-2020. Thereafter 5th IUIs was done in the month of May 2020 and luckily it was successful and we blessed a baby girl in Feb 2021 Now as this time we was known to my wife's PCOD status we planned second baby after 1 and half year of previous delivery. Now it's been almost 4 yrs since we are trying for second baby, and we also had 4 IUIs but unfortunately nothing positive happened again we had all the tests & everything was normal except AMH a bit higher side. suggest plz

Hi, I am 31 years old and pregnant. My dual marker report shows “Trisomy 21 age risk: 1/485” and combined risk after NT and blood markers as <1/10,000 (screen negative). I want to understand: is the age-related risk (1/485) the same for all women of my age, or does it vary between individuals? Is 1/485 considered my actual pregnancy risk or only a baseline age-related risk before screening? I have attached reports also.

I am 49 years old and currently going through perimenopause. My periods were regular until March 2026. After that, I did not have my period for several months. Then, I had some light spotting in June 2026 and now I had spotting again on September 11, which lasted for only one day. Is this normal during perimenopause? Please advise.
