Pregnancy and Infertility

My age is 45 years. Every month I get my periods by 26 to 27 days. Is there any possibility to prepone the periods by 21 to 23 days? Next month we have a house warming ceremony at my house.

Hello Doctor, My anomaly scan is normal, and I am attaching the last page of the report for your reference. However, my recent blood test shows a ferritin level of 12.1 ng/mL and haemoglobin of 8.9 g/dL, with PCV of 29.5%. Could you please advise me on what I should do to improve my haemoglobin levels? Will it harm my baby? I am currently 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Thank you.

I m 6 months pregnant, I was arranging the fruit but my son lifted one watermelon around 3.5 kg somehow it accidentally fell and hit my left side of tummy and I m having pain now.. I feel the movement of baby. Will it have any issue?

I have burning while urinating, no other symptoms, due to traveling i need to pee in different kind of washrooms that's quite unhygienic but I try to be safe and also dehydration, pls tell sone medicines to reduce it pls pls

I had high fever for the past 5 days. I had a severe throat infection for which my doctor suggested Antibiotics like Metron 400, Cedon 200 DT, Bilasure M for 5 days. Before that I took Azithral 500 as well for 3 days and dolo for 5 days like 3 to 4 times a day. Today is the 8 th day and I got well on the 6th day itself. And I have no periods today. My periods got over just some 10 days back before the fever started. Today I saw some blood when I wiped myself using a tissue after using the restroom. The urine looked dark yellow. It scared me very much. What could be the reason? Should I worried?
