There was a big lump on my right vulva before 1 month but it melt when I used warm water in 5 days . Again a small lump in right vulva but is different place

I hav hypothyroidism since 10years  iam using 75mg thyrox tablet.IMy tsh level is 0.23 tested on 15/6/2024.from 2months i hav 1and 2day period days heavy blleding with some blood clots no pain in abdomen but periods regular.iam never facing this problem before.1and half yearback i hav done abdomen pelvis scan all are normal.but now i hav heavy bleeding during 1and 2 day of period s.please suggest what to do?

From past one month i taking medication for ibs_d, gerd. On next visit doc told me to do ultrasound . Report shows Few nabothian cysts in the cervix - cervicitis. What does it mean ? I didn't have any symptoms of bleeding , pelvic pain . I came to know this in ultrasound . Is it a serious problem??
