Vaginal discharge
This time, I’m having a lot more vaginal discharge than usual. It’s very watery, and this has never happened to me before. I usually have some discharge around ovulation, but it has never been this much. This time, it’s so watery and excessive that my underwear is getting completely wet. What could be the reason for this? Also, I’m having a lot of pain in my lower abdomen.

If it is associated with itching, irritation or odour then it's associated with infection

A sudden change like this, especially when the discharge turns watery and you also have lower belly pain, is worth getting checked rather than waiting it out.
Next Steps
A pelvic examination with a vaginal swab test can find out if an infection is behind this. Watch for fever, odor, or itching in the meantime, and avoid douching until you've been examined.
