Pregnancy and Infertility

I’m currently 19 weeks 3 days pregnant. My doctor has advised me to get an anomaly scan along with a fetal echocardiography. I wanted to know, what would be the ideal time to get both done? I’ve heard that a fetal echo is usually done around 20-21 weeks for a more prominent report. I am thinking of doing it tomorrow, or is it better to wait until 21 weeks for both the test? Would really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you!

I am currently 19 weeks pregnant. I had my NT scan around 12 weeks, which showed a single umbilical artery (SUA). I was advised to do the NIPT, and thankfully, the NIPT result came back normal with low-risk/low-chance results. I wanted to ask: if the SUA is isolated and the NIPT is normal, is there still any possibility of other problems or abnormalities after birth?

I’ve been TTC for around 2.5 years and was diagnosed with PCOS. I tested negative on CD45, but on CD56 I got a faint positive. My beta-hCG was 1208, and an early scan yesterday showed a 4 mm intrauterine gestational sac. Since I conceived much later than expected, I’m a little worried about whether the pregnancy can progress normally. I’m also around 40 kg. Could my low weight cause any problems later in pregnancy? What should I taken care of at this stage.

Double Iui done 29 & 30 form yesterday mild cramps, left abdominal pain and centre stomach pain, back pain mild that's it , coming and going not continues left side good two follicular right one , during iui(30) ovulation water is there doctor told me to take progesterone tablet from today, why it's paining any thing serious

My age is 45 years. Every month I get my periods by 26 to 27 days. Is there any possibility to prepone the periods by 21 to 23 days? Next month we have a house warming ceremony at my house.

Hello Doctor, My anomaly scan is normal, and I am attaching the last page of the report for your reference. However, my recent blood test shows a ferritin level of 12.1 ng/mL and haemoglobin of 8.9 g/dL, with PCV of 29.5%. Could you please advise me on what I should do to improve my haemoglobin levels? Will it harm my baby? I am currently 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Thank you.
