Ext step and what care i ahould take to.protect the Cervix  or strengthen the Cervix . 11 week Ga HR 154 CRL 3.5 cm Adequate Liquor B Single live intra uterine gestation of around 10 weeks 3 days +/- 4 days. Adequate fetal growth and liquor quantity. Developing low placenta, inferior tip is touching the os. Subchorionic bleed persists. Volume 1.8 cc. 3.3×1.3×.7 CM Internal os is slightly open. Width - 2.9 mm.

Placenta is low lying and there is a blood clot You need a rest progesterone support Repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks You cannot do anything to straighten the cervix You may require a stitch if the length reduces to less than 2.5 and the internal os opens up further
