Cervix cerclage
I had my anomaly scan done at 22 weeks, cervix length is 24 mm with internal os opened. What should I do ?
Doctor told we have to do cervix cerclage. Will that work till 37 week?

Cervical cerclage can be done till 24 weeks of gestation
Only if the membranes are not ruptured, there are no signs of infection, the baby is live and is compatible with life
Cerclage does work but in some cases there can be chances of preterm labor, membranes rupture.
