Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife is 18 weeks and 4 days pregnant, we got an Anomaly scan done today and everything seems okay. However her cervical length is just 25.3 mm and no funneling. She is already in her bed rest and taking Susten tablets for the same. Should we be concerned about this? Please advice.
