Cervix didnt open
Iam 39 weeks and 3 days pregnent. Doctor told me my cervix didnt open yet. Is it normal? Can I go to labor without open cervix and have normal delivery?

Yes it could happen.
Cervix needs to open for vaginal delivery , your doctor might induce it in case all other parameters are normal
