Please consult with your Gynaecologist tomorrow morning. He can confirm foetal viability and find out if any damage has been caused to your pregnancy. But most probably nothing would have happened to your pregnancy.

A blow to the belly like this at six months needs checking today, even though you're still feeling the baby move. The placenta can be affected without any outside sign for the first few hours, so pain after an impact like this is never just watched at home.
Next Steps
Please get seen by your obstetrician or go to the hospital today for a fetal heart rate check and an ultrasound, to confirm the placenta and your baby are doing well. Keep counting the baby's kicks over the next few hours too.
Health Tips
Go in immediately if you notice any bleeding, fluid leaking, worsening pain, tightening of your belly, or fewer kicks than usual.
