I m pregnant exproes. Not sure. M regularly smoke. I want to know which food is good for me now or which are not. Am I carry singal baby or twins.how m care myself Coz m doing marketing job so maximum time outside. Plzzz help me. My age is 34 and it's my frist preagnancy.
