Fruits give fructose and Vit c, fructose needs to be converted to glucose for making energy which happens in your liver. This is mid pregnancy , baby grows faster to make fetal organs strong for life time a high protein diet is very important. You can take video consultation for the same One or two fruits are enough / day as you might be getting enough glucose from your regular diet, think for high protein thali.

No hard and fast rule. It depends on your appetite and your pocket.

In pregnancy, it’s generally recommended to have 2–3 servings of fruit per day (each serving being roughly one medium fruit or 1 cup of cut fruit). The combination you mentioned — 1 apple + 1 banana + juice of 2 mosambis — gives you about 2 to 2½ servings, which is quite good.
Next Steps
You can definitely add one more fruit if you wish — especially something rich in iron, vitamin C, or fiber, such as: • A small bowl of pomegranate, or berries. • A few slices of guava or an orange. • Seasonal fruits are also great choices.
Health Tips
Prefer whole fruits over juices — juices lose fiber and can increase blood sugar faster. • Wash fruits thoroughly and avoid pre-cut or roadside fruit to prevent infections. • If you have gestational diabetes or excess weight gain, discuss with your doctor or dietitian before increasing fruit intake, as portion control matters. • Balance fruits with protein (milk, curd, nuts, lentils) and complex carbs for overall nutrition.

Don’t panic about your baby’s nutrition. That would be sufficient. Change the variety of fruits daily. Add dry fruits to your diet. I would like to review your medical reports and fetus scan weight.Based on that , we can decide diet plan. For further guidance, u can connect.

If you are diabetic or have pregnancy related diabetes restrict to 1-2 fruits a day and take fruits like apple, guava, pomegranate, orange which do not increase the blood sugar levels. Avoid fruit juices as they lack fiber and increase blood sugar levels easily. If you are not diabetic you can take more fruits if you like, but it's always better to take a balanced meal including lots of vegetables and protein to get all the nutrients and fiber. The amount of fruits you are already taking is sufficient and you need not take more. Instead take a variety of vegetables.
