Ipill - 24th aug Spotting 1st Sept for 9 days 10th day got periods for 2 3 days (normal for me) After that no spotting or discharge. Is pregnancy test still needed ?

Hi doctor, mujhe 3–4 din se right breast mein kaafi pain ho raha hai. Breast mein burning/heat aur kabhi-kabhi current jaisa sensation feel hota hai. Right nipple mein bhi discomfort hai. Saath mein right side headache aur kabhi-kabhi numbness jaisi feeling hoti hai aur haath bhi kaanp rahe hain. Maine 6 September ko unprotected sex kiya tha aur 7 September subah around 10 baje emergency contraceptive (i-pill) li thi. Main pehle bhi emergency pill use karti rahi hoon. 7 September se white vaginal discharge bhi bahut zyada ho gaya hai, kabhi-kabhi itna ki continuously watery discharge jaisa lagta hai. Please bataiye kya ye symptoms emergency pill ke side effects ho sakte hain, pregnancy/infection se related ho sakte hain, ya mujhe examination/tests ki zarurat hai? Mere paas abhi doctor ko physically visit karne ke liye paise nahi hain, isliye online consultation chahiye.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and these are my blood and urine report. My doctor advised me to take nitrobact 100, 2 times for 7 days and cital uti syrup without doing any urine culture and while collecting urine sample the specimen collector told me to keep the sample lid open on the table. So I fear whether the urine report is false due to contamination? Help please
